Gemini's Business Profile connection

Google describes connecting a Business Profile to Gemini to work with business information such as reviews and performance. The same announcement explains Business Notebooks for keeping business context together.

Our suggested use is a monthly review of customer questions. Ask for the questions that appear repeatedly, check the original reviews, and turn the useful ones into clearer estimate or service information. Keep customer details out of public copy. This is a suggested office task, not evidence of a SvarKlar customer result.

Scheduled actions and Spark have different requirements

Gemini scheduled actions can run recurring tasks on supported plans. If a task uses a connected app, set up that connection first.

Google's Spark announcement describes background tasks in connected apps and user control over access and important actions. It launched with restricted access. The current US plan page lists Spark with Ultra in select countries. Check access in your own account before buying a plan for it.

The mobile Phone app's incoming-call limit

Google's Gemini Phone app help says that this mobile feature cannot accept or reject calls. That is a limit of the named feature. It is not a claim about every Google product or every custom phone setup.

For a shop, test the actual caller journey: which number rings, what happens if nobody picks up, which message the caller receives, and who confirms a visit. Keep a received message separate from a confirmed appointment.

Our view: Gemini fits an owner who wants help using business information already in Google tools and is willing to configure and review the work. Start with a task whose answer you can check against the original records.
