How SvarKlar works

SvarKlar gives your shop one AI employee across three roles. Frederik builds and runs it for you. You choose how replies go out.

A new request can arrive while the owner is on a ladder, under a sink, or inside a customer's home. If nobody can review it then, a clear intake and callback step can help keep the details together.

This page explains the three roles and what you stay in charge of.

One AI employee, three roles

You can start with the role your shop needs most and add another role later.

The Receptionist

The Receptionist handles new inbound requests. It can collect details from website forms, texts, and messages, text back missed callers, or answer live calls when voice is built. Booking steps follow the rules you set.

If you want after-hours work handled, agree on the hours, channels, replies, and escalation steps. A text reply does not mean a technician is available. See how the AI Receptionist works for the full breakdown.

The Account Manager

The Account Manager handles follow-up after a booking or quote. Tasks may include confirmations, reminders, invoice follow-ups, renewals, or review requests.

This is the work that quietly leaks money when the day gets busy. More on it in how the AI Account Manager works.

The Administrator

The Administrator handles agreed back-office tasks such as preparing invoice paperwork, filing receipts, checking documents, and keeping job records. It does not sort the customer inbox or draft customer replies. Read more in how the AI Administrator works.

Set up one shop at a time

Before setup, the written order lists tasks, channels, and triggers. It also names any tool connection and access the work needs. Review the written order when the work changes.

You control how replies go out

This is the part owners worry about most, so it is worth being clear. The fear is reasonable: an AI saying the wrong thing to a paying customer, or sounding like a robot on a high-value job. With SvarKlar, you set the rules at onboarding, and you can change them later.

Here is what you decide:

  • Auto-send or draft-and-approve. Replies can go out on their own, or land as a draft you approve first. You choose, per channel, and you can start cautious and loosen up once you trust it.
  • Whose name it is sent from. Replies can go out from your own address or a SvarKlar one, under your business name. It is never made to look like it is from your own domain when it is not.
  • How it signs off. Replies can be signed as you, as your team, or labeled as SvarKlar. Your call. And if a customer asks whether they are talking to AI, it will not lie.
  • What you see. You can be copied on everything, blind-copied, or left out of the routine stuff. You stay as close as you want.
  • What gets sent straight to you. Agree on the urgent and unclear cases, and what details should be included in the handoff.

You set the rules and decide which messages need a person to review them.

What SvarKlar focuses on

Being clear about the edges saves everyone time. SvarKlar focuses on inbound, follow-up, and back-office work alongside your team.

A reply can help a customer take the next step, but it cannot guarantee that a lead becomes a job.

How it actually starts

The first step is a short call to see which role fits your main need. If it is a fit, Frederik records the agreed work in writing before setup.

You can see the full picture on the homepage, or pick the role that matches your biggest gap and read how that one works.

If you want to see whether it fits, book a call or read about each role: the Receptionist, the Account Manager, and the Administrator.
