Can Podium's AI dispatch?

Partly. On its home-services page, Podium says its AI, Larry, "books directly onto your dispatch board" and "knows your routes and technician skillsets to suggest appointments and technicians that are available and nearby." That is booking and suggesting. The pages do not say Larry assigns the job itself.

The AI Employee page lists answering leads, qualifying them, booking, reminders and rules for when a person steps in. It does not say the AI routes a lead to a named person, so ask Podium to show that hand-off before you sign.

Can Podium's AI work as a CSR?

For the front of the job, partly. Podium lists voice, text and website chat for Larry, with answering, qualifying and booking leads. Ask which of your CSR's other calls, such as billing questions or complaints, it hands to a person.

The twelve-month question

Podium's default subscription term is 12 months, renewing for another 12 unless the order says otherwise. Written notice is due at least 30 days before the term ends (Podium terms of service, section 8.1). Ask for the exact exceptions and fees in your order. SvarKlar is month to month.
