ServiceTitan alternatives: 5 options compared

Other job software that does ServiceTitan's job, with the plan prices we could read, and a way to fix missed calls without switching at all.

A heavy closed binder next to a slim phone on a desk

ServiceTitan fits shops that want one platform to run dispatch, billing and the phones, and that are happy to get a quote for it. Our ServiceTitan page covers the platform and its Virtual Agent in full. Shops look elsewhere for a few reasons we can source: the core software price is not published, the platform is wide, and the Virtual Agent comes with a question about which core plan you need. If that is you, here are the options.

The options side by side

Prices checked October 2026 on each company's own pricing page. Confirm your own plan and billing term before you add up a total.

Housecall Pro

Housecall Pro combines scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and payments. Plans are Basic $59, Essentials $149 and Max $299 a month, billed annually, and monthly billing costs more. Phone answering costs extra, and that price is not published. You can try the top plan free for 14 days without a card. Read our Housecall Pro page for the AI side.

Jobber

Jobber covers scheduling, quoting and invoicing for home service shops. Core is $49 a month and Plus is $499, on the no-commitment monthly plans. Its AI Receptionist is a $29 a month add-on on selected plans. Our Jobber page has the details, and Jobber vs Housecall Pro sets those two side by side.

Service Fusion

Service Fusion is the one other tool here that shows every price. Starter is $208 a month billed annually, Plus is $325 and Pro is $533, and monthly billing is $245, $382 and $627. Its page says that no matter the plan, you have unlimited users. We have no comparison page for it yet, so check the AI and phone side with them directly.

Workiz

Workiz lists Standard, Pro and Ultimate plans, but each plan shows a "Request pricing" button and no number. That puts it in the same position as ServiceTitan on price: you ask, then you compare. We have no comparison page for it yet.

FieldPulse

FieldPulse says it is seat-based and prices are built around what your team needs. Its phone system add-on is priced by line and license, and the page tells you to ask the team for details. No plan prices are shown. We have no comparison page for it yet.

Where SvarKlar fits

We make SvarKlar, so weigh this section with that in mind. SvarKlar is not job software and does not replace ServiceTitan or any option above. It answers calls, texts back callers you missed and replies to new leads, working alongside the tool your shop already uses.

If dispatch and invoicing already work and the gap is the phone, a platform move may be more than the problem needs. Frederik sets up and runs the channels and tasks in your written order, and the price is $295 a month, setup free, cancel any time. Trades where a missed call is an emergency, like HVAC, are a good place to see what that first reply looks like.

Questions

Do I have to switch software to stop missing calls?

Not always. Call answering and text-back can sit on top of the software you already use. Switching is worth it when scheduling, dispatch or invoicing is the real problem.

Can I see ServiceTitan's price before I talk to sales?

Not for the core software. All three tiers show "Request Pricing". Its Virtual Agent does publish a rate, $2.75 per voice call and $0.10 for SMS, but ask which core plan you need with it.

Which option shows prices up front?

Housecall Pro, Jobber and Service Fusion all publish plan prices. Workiz and FieldPulse do not, so expect a sales call before you get a number.

What should I check before I move?

Ask how your jobs, customers and price book come across, what billing term the price assumes, and what happens to the phones. Test it on a trial with a live booking before you commit. Weighing a different tool? See our Jobber alternatives, Housecall Pro alternatives and Podium alternatives guides.

Not sure whether you need new software or just fewer missed calls? SvarKlar is $295 a month, setup is free, and you can cancel any time. Book a call to get started or see all comparisons.
