What you are comparing SvarKlar Weave
What it is One AI employee that answers your texts, web leads, and missed callers. Live AI voice available. An all-in-one communication platform built mainly for healthcare practices, with phone, text, reviews, payments, and an AI receptionist add-on. source
Published pricing One price shaped to your shop, in writing after a quick talk. Plans start from $199 a month. Pro, Elite, and Ultimate tier prices all sit behind a "Get Pricing" form. source
AI Receptionist pricing The AI is the product, so one plan covers it. Not published openly. Early sign-ups get 25% off through the rest of 2026, but the standard rate isn't shown. source
Hours 24/7, replies in seconds. 24/7 for missed-call texts and the AI receptionist, with different automated messages for open and closed hours. source
Channels Texts, web forms, social messages, and missed-call text-back. Live AI voice available. Missed-call text-back, AI voice calls, AI text conversations, and website chat. source
Call and text limits Volume doesn't change the bill. The price is shaped once, on the call. AI Receptionist runs on monthly Voice Call Credits and up to 5,000 texts by default. Extra calls bill at Weave's standard rate, and unused credits expire monthly with no refund. source
Booking Asks the job questions, quotes, and books the visit. Books and reschedules appointments to the calendar; for dental offices it names Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental specifically. source
Contracts and fees Month to month. Leave any time. Auto-renews monthly by default; cancel with 30 days notice before the next bill. Sign a fixed term and leaving early means paying what's left. No refunds for cancellations. source
Guarantee A satisfaction guarantee, every customer. You deal with Fred directly and set the terms on the call. None published. Its terms state all fees are nonrefundable, source and its AI Receptionist terms say the product's outputs may not always be accurate. source
Integrations Fred wires it into what you already use. Authorized integrations with major dental and medical practice-management systems. Nothing named for trade or field-service software. source
Scale and attention One founder, not a big platform. Fred takes fewer clients at a time, so each gets more of his attention. Publicly traded (NYSE: WEAV); picked as the exclusive engagement platform endorsed for American Dental Association members. source
Built for US service businesses: trades, home services, local firms. Healthcare practices first: dental, medical, vet, and optometry. It has a home-services page too, but names no trade software there. source

Weave and SvarKlar both promise you never lose a lead to a missed call. Weave gets there with a broad platform built mostly for healthcare practices. SvarKlar gets there with one AI employee, set up and run by its founder, built for trades.

Weave's core product is missed-call text-back

Weave started as a way to stop losing voicemails. When a call goes unanswered, Weave texts the caller automatically, so they can book, reschedule, or ask a question by text instead of leaving a message. It runs 24/7, and the automated reply can differ between open hours and closed hours.

That feature sits inside a much bigger platform: phone, bulk texting, email marketing, online scheduling, payments, and review requests, built around a "Private Review" step that catches an unhappy customer before they post publicly.

The AI receptionist is a newer add-on

Weave's AI Receptionist answers calls in what Weave calls a "human-like AI voice" and holds full text conversations, day or night. It books and reschedules appointments, and for dental offices it names Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental directly. Payment collection over the phone and real-time multi-language support are both listed as coming soon, not live yet.

The product runs on monthly Voice Call Credits, plus up to 5,000 texts if your order doesn't state otherwise. Go over the limit and Weave bills the extra at its standard rate. Unused credits expire at the end of the month and don't carry over or refund. Weave hasn't published a standard price for this add-on; early sign-ups get 25% off through the rest of 2026 instead.

What SvarKlar does instead

SvarKlar is one AI employee for your business, not a suite of tools to configure. It answers texts, web forms, and social messages in seconds, texts back the callers you miss, and a live AI voice is available too. It asks the questions a sharp dispatcher would, quotes the job, and books the visit. If the category is new to you, start with what an AI receptionist is.

Fred, the founder, sets it up for your shop himself and keeps running it. There's no credit meter counting your calls and texts against you.

Pricing: public number vs a form

Weave's own pricing page lists plans starting at $199 a month, but that number is a site-wide floor, not a confirmed price for any one tier. Pro, Elite, and Ultimate, all three, sit behind a "Get Pricing" form. The AI Receptionist has no public price at all beyond the limited-time discount.

SvarKlar doesn't publish a price either. The difference is where the number comes from: one call with Fred, shaped to your shop, not a sales form and not a credit meter that can move your bill month to month.

Who Weave actually serves

Weave's own pages point at healthcare. Its named practice-management partners, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental, are dental tools. It was picked as the exclusive patient engagement platform endorsed for American Dental Association members.

Weave does have a page for home services, but its roots are dental and medical offices, and that page is newer. No trade software gets named there, and no field-service integration is claimed. If you run a dental or medical practice, Weave's depth in that world is real. If you run a trade business, you are a side case for them, not the target customer.

Who SvarKlar fits

No hiding it, SvarKlar is our build: if you run a trade or home-service business, SvarKlar was built around your calls, not adapted from a dental front desk. Every missed call, web form, and text gets answered in seconds, and you never watch a usage meter or wonder what an overage just cost you.

Both companies are chasing the same problem: a lead that goes cold because nobody answered fast enough. Weave solves it with a broad healthcare platform and a metered AI add-on. SvarKlar solves it with one AI employee, built for trades, run by its founder, with no meter attached.
